The Evangelism and Home Missions Department of the state of Michigan is dedicated to develop and implement ministries in soul-winning, church planting and church growth that will assist the local church to reach and reap the harvest of the 21st century.

Advanced Church Growth Workshops

The Advance Church Growth Workshops are designed to train pastors and laity in a joint effort with the local congregation. These conferences will concentrate on training the church leadership team in the following essential areas: diagnosis, leadership, lay ministry, evangelism, pastoral care, stewardship, worship and planning/administration.

These conferences are broken down into three distinct categories:

• Breaking the 125 attendance barrier
• Breaking the 300 attendance barrier
• Breaking the 500 attendance barrier
